Payment Methods

In the online store prodai.store, payments are made in euro through secure and established methods. The available methods may depend on the type of product, the order value, the selected delivery address, and additional technical or commercial conditions.

1. Card Payment

We accept payments by debit and credit card through the Stripe payment platform. The main card schemes are supported, including Visa and Mastercard. Card data is processed by the payment operator in accordance with its security standards, and the merchant does not store the full payment card details.

2. Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is possible upon prior arrangement or where this option is active for the specific order. The order is processed after the amount has been received in the merchant's bank account.

Bank details are provided to the customer upon selecting this payment method and/or upon confirmation of the order.

3. Cash on Delivery

Where available, the customer may pay the value of the order upon receipt of the shipment in accordance with the terms of the courier partner. For certain products, locations, or order values, cash on delivery may not be offered.

4. Currency

All payments on the website are made in euro. If the customer's bank or card issuer applies its own exchange rate, fees, or additional conditions, these are outside the merchant's control.

5. Security

Payment protection is ensured through the use of secure connections, technological safeguards, and payment partners that comply with the applicable security standards. The merchant reserves the right to carry out additional verification in the event of suspected fraud or an unauthorized transaction.

6. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, order cancellation, or an upheld complaint, refunds are made by the method and within the period provided for by the applicable legislation and the specific circumstances of the case. Where payment was made by card, the amount will as a rule be refunded to the same card, unless the law allows otherwise.
