prodai.store delivers ordered goods within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through courier partners to an address or to a courier office, where such option is available.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available to all locations in Bulgaria served by the selected courier. For orders to hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time may be extended or specific courier conditions may apply.

2. Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or period. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, workload, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the merchant's control.

3. Delivery Charges

The delivery price is determined according to the weight, dimensions, recipient address, and the rates of the courier partner. The final amount is shown at checkout where technically possible, or confirmed additionally if necessary.

4. Free Delivery

At present, free delivery applies only where it is expressly announced for a specific product, campaign, or order. In the absence of such an express announcement, delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

5. Order Preparation and Dispatch

Orders are processed during the merchant's working hours. If additional confirmation or clarification is required regarding the address, availability, or payment method, the delivery period starts running after these details have been finalized.

6. Inspection upon Receipt

  • Please check the integrity of the packaging and the visible condition of the goods upon receipt.
  • In the event of visible transport damage, missing items, or suspected non-conformity, please notify the courier and the merchant without delay.
  • For products sold with transport damage, please pay particular attention to whether the received condition matches the condition disclosed in advance on the website.

7. Undelivered or Unclaimed Shipment

If the customer is unable to receive the shipment within the agreed period, the customer should contact the courier or the merchant to arrange a new delivery. In the case of unclaimed or refused shipments, the merchant may seek compensation for direct costs where permitted by law.
